yeah it's probably chiggers.. i had those.. BAD BAD BAD THINGS if i could only show you a picture of what they did to my leg... but the cut sounds like its infected.. is it red around the cut?... if so it probably is.. and if it was that deep I'd maybe go to the doctor.. but if you don't want to do that then try neosporen.. (spelling?)

well unfortunately we r having a out break problem w/ bed bugs ,in the most tourist states....vegas, florida, new york etc... I live in vegas and manage a weekly apt. rental and and we have had problems several different times, even the big name hotel casinos...several. Pull ur sheet of the bed and look in the seams also box spring......to try and rid of it urself ...hot steam carpet clean i mean hot and wash all ur clothes in hot water also, put some alcohol in a spray bottle and spray ur bed and floor around it, well this has helped w/ some people mebbe dint have bad yet but try it...if u have them bad it is a big to do carpet lifting and washing everything and u will probably have to call the pros ....these are carried in by bags suitcases even on the clothes ur wearing and where u picked it up from. Best of luck to you. ;-) ...check out this site, all about bedbugs

Chiggers look like that but their bite is intensely itchy.
