I had the same thing when i compressed my spine skiing, x-ray showed nothing but it hurt like hell, i couldn't sit for prolonged periods or run, i was practically an invalid.

chiropractors weren't able to help so i went to a physio and they started me going to the gym, doing lots of stretching exersises for the lower back really helped, i also set on streangthening my lower back, there are specific exersises you can do (ask the gym instructors to avoid doing any more damage) and they were great, I'm now nearly 100% better and can run and ski again.

Go to a physiotherapist and see what they say maybe they'll suggest a similar approach.

Nothing happened. You had a fall and naturally you have strained some muscles & nerves just apply coconut oil on your body everyday and massage for 15 minutes and then have a hot water bath and all your pain will vanish in 15 days.

I recommend a chiropractor and a good massage. Hot water heat such as a hot bath or hot tub is a good idea too.

Chances are your body is working out it's own healing.
Ask a homeopathic physician.
They will be able to help.
