There's a TV commercial where a woman who appears to be high is rubbing something on her forehead while an announcer, who sounds like she may also be high, just repeats, "Head on. Apply directly to the forehead." Then another announcer says that the Head On product is available at drug stores. Is this some kind of legal narcotic?

I microwaved some instant oatmeal this morning - apples and cinnamon - and when I got to my class I had to keep going to the restroom- diarrhea. I just got home and looked at the box, and it was dated to sell by April, 2006. Well, this is September. Just wanted to let people know not to eat oatmeal that is expired. However, I'm wondering if any of you that are into health prevention, or health care, would know what could have possibly caused diarrhea from the oats, or was it the apple in the oats? I didn't notice anything unusual about the way it looked. Any answers?

My roommate has basically been asleep all day and still says he's tired. Doesn't seem to have a fever, no congestion, mild headache. What could be causing it? I say he's just over tired becasue he doesn't sleep much or very well.

Wash their hands after using the restroom? Over the weekend, two of my best guy friends came to visit me. They both used the restroom, and seeing as how my bedroom is RIGHT next to the bathroom, I know for a fact that they didn't wash their hands after using it...mainly because I heard a flush and then out they walked. It's also not just those two that i've noticed doing it...I know that my ex boyfriend would do the same thing, which I thought was kinda weird. My question is, isn't this unsanitary? Do men feel like they don't have to wash their hands after using the restroom because they aren't really touching anything? Is this something that a lot of guys do? I know some women do it, which I feel is beyond nasty...especially considering everything you have to touch. I'm just wondering if it isn't just as unhealthy when guys do it, as it is when women do it? Or are guys allowed more leeway, because they don't have to go through the same process women do?

I have an appointment with my doctor in about a month for a physical. A lot of things have changed in the last year that I want to discuss with my doctor. I also want to talk to her about a lot of problems I have been having with depression and anxiety.
I am wondering if this is something I need to mention when making the appointment? Do dr's anticipate exrta time for these types of things with their patients? I am sure she will have some questions for me as well, to try to figure out what's going on, and I am just wondering if we will have time.
