Tylenol has no blood-thinning effect whatsoever. It can cause anemia and reduce some aspects of the white blood cell count but it has no effect on thrombocytes (platelets). You do not need to avoid it if you have bleeding hemorrhoids. Take it with confidence.

I don't know if Tylenol is a blood thinner or not, but I know it increases the effects of other blood thinners. If you have bleeding hemorrhoids, you need to see a doctor! You need to make sure you don't have a more serious problem. Please call a doctor right away.

Tylenol should not effect your bleeding time. It is ok to take it.
You should get some rutin or grapeseed extract pills and take it to strengthen your blood vessels. Also, take vitamin c 500 mg 2-3 times a day.

Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I believe that only the NSAID's like ibprofen, asprin and naproxen affect bleeding. Because you have bleeding issues, you should confirm with your doctor to make sure. There could be some other problem with taking Tylenol in your condition.
