You probably just ate something that your tummy didnt really like to much. If you have an elevated fever then you have a virus, prolly just the cold. The flu is actually a virus that attacks your respitory system, and the vomiting aches pains chills are all subsequent of the infection. It can take up to 24 hours for something you ate to affect you. Dont be scared, give it another day or 2 , rest drink plenty of liquids and soft foods like soup with no dairy. If you still are not feeling better than you should go see your family doctor. as per the creeps who answer a question like that in a rude manner grow up.....this is a 10-11 year old who is not feeling well!!!!!
Hope you feel better soon! :)

You probably had some food that was contaminated with a virus and got what they call a foodborne illness, also called food poisoning. Try to drink a little water and if it says down try to drink a little more. If you vomit and poop a lot you could loose too much fluid from your body. Most of these types of sickness go away after a couple of days. If not you should see a doctor.
Think back about the food you ate over the past day or two and if you had something different than usual or from a different place or if the food you ate could have been spoiled or contaminated.
Be sure to tell you parents about this.

First thing, you are a little too young to be on this site. Secondly, I'm pretty sure that it's just a bad case of the stomach bug. Because you had the runs, you may still need to throw up. As for the sharp pains in your stomach, that could be something more serious like a hernia or even appendicitus.

Have you eaten any raw Spinach lately? It's probably just a flu bug and it will go away. Do you have a temperature? You should go to your school nurse or talk to your mom. Probably nothing serious, but you're better off safe than sorry.

I suspect you have intestinal flu or food poisoning. Tell your parents and get a doctors appointment asap. This is not a time for the Yahoo doctors diagnosis.

heavily, if people purely take care of their pc's they gained't get viruses. in case you have antivirus protection, and be responsive to the thank you to run a scourge scanner, there is no reason you're able to get a scourge.. Like yet another poster mentioned. Macs do get viruses. further and extra persons are writing malicious codes for them, and while they get contaminated that is crippling (in assessment to pc's).
