If the package is unopened it should have an expiration date on it. Check that to see. If it has already been opened then I would have to say throw it out.

i could not locate something concrete on line or in my cookbooks with regard to the shelf-lifestyles of ceviche, yet whilst it have been me, i could toss it. - greater appropriate risk-free than sorry! regardless of "totally cooked" seafood (as antagonistic to chemically cooked, like ceviche), i would not save it greater suitable than 24 hours, yet i'm slightly paranoid approximately nutrition poisoning, having labored in eating places on and off for years. good success! :)
