Last night was my first night, and I could only tolerate it for a couple of hours, (not even in a row, just total). I find it hard to breathe out against the pressure once it ramps up to where I need it. Any comments would be helpful.

My colleague is having to wait 3 weeks to have an appointment see his GP. Do patients have to wait for a length of time or is there a way they can demand an appointment?

does anyone have a good cure, for the common cold ?

I mean they really should just make an appointment with their GP, don't you think. Once they know what it is then they can ask for advice from people who have the same condition but asking what is wrong with me in the 1st place is very foolish I think!

I had a heart valve replacement operation in 1984 and still have trouble sleeping because I can hear it clicking when I'm trying to get to sleep and worry about it stopping(I subconsiously stop breathing so I can hear it better which speeds up my heart rate and end up having a panic attack)
Has anybody else had this problem and how have you resolved it as I've tried music through headphones but the vibrations from my heart go through the mattress so that doesn't work and don't like the idea of sleeping pills.

I'd like to join a gym in London that isn't too expensive, so Holmes Place is out. I was a member of LA Fitness which was OK but I think I'm after a smaller and more personal club.
Anyone have any SERIOUS suggestions, experience or ideas please.

Even though I’m reasonably healthy, I got no worry and I’m not upset about anyone or anything, I’m tossing and turning for hours every night lately.

Has anyone had a same or similar problem? If so, could you tell me your experience and what you do to put yourself to sleep?

P.S. - I don’t like taking sleeping pills. And please don’t tell me to count sheep - I counted 3968 sheep one night and I was still wide-awake.

I've been hearing a buzzing/ringing sound in my right ear now for over a year. It's a constant 24/7 thing. It's annoying and distracting me from everything. i've been to the health center here on campus 4 times and everytime they say it's nothing and send me home with ibuprofen. it pisses me off that these supposely educated idiots can't tell me whats wrong. what is freaking wrong with my ear? why am i hearing this buzzing sound in one ear?

I noticed after crying, my tears weren't salty. I didn't know if that's something to be alarmed about. Does anyone know? I can't find anything on-line. I'm also 4 months pregant, can that have something to do with it? Any information will help. Thanks

Would it have any bad side effects?

I noticed this in a set of photographs I just took of him. In all of them I used a flash and his right retina shrinks from the light while his left retina always remained larger. Is this normal? It makes sense that something is wrong as he has always complained of having no depth perception at night when he drives and there is oncoming traffic in the next lane.
