According to a couple of chiropractors that I know this is perfectly fine and they will do this for me everytime I go to the chiropractors office. According to one chiropractor I went to this is caused by a build of gases that accumulate in the joints. Cracking releases these gases. It also can be caused and effected by misalignment of the spinal colum. If you need to crack your neck alot you may have a serious misalignment of your spine and you should have it checked out by a Chiropractor.

some human beings pay a gaggle of funds for a chiropractor to do this for them. whilst i replaced right into an adolescent, all my joints popped. each and every morning once I woke, i could stretch and it may sound like a flood at a Rice Krispies production facility. (Snap! Crack! Pop! ) The popping noise is led to by bubbles interior the bursa collapsing. The bursa is a membrane that includes a fluid which acts to lubricate the joints. The bubbles could reason dry spots on the joints that could carry approximately calcification, so eliminating them is a sturdy component. BTW,, popping you neck can get you out of hardship. whilst the interior sight gang jumps you, pop your neck, then bypass limp and play ineffective. in case you're fortunate, they could think of they broke your neck.

i love it when my neck cracks. but it is not a good sign that i am in good condition. when my neck cracks (like when i try to sway my head until i get the crack sound) its an indicator that my neck is not in the right position and is tired. sort of like when you get a stiff neck, you got into bed and your neck is not in the right position.

I do. I pop my neck, back fingers, wrists, ankles, and toes. And from what I have always been told, including by a chiropractor, is that it is bad. I have done it for years, and if I don't I am so stiff!!! But yes, it is supposed to be bad to do.

If you do it on your own yes, but have a licensed trained chiropractor do it because they can do it safely and wont risk injury. It's best to do this once a month because it's less strain on your neck and back to do it repeatedly and once a month is plenty for a neck and back alignment.

.No, it helps align the neck. The "Turtle" works well for me! That is holding your head straight, and moving your head backwards, pulling your chin in,you can then lean your head from one side to the other. It relaxes the neck muscles

I do it all the time, feels much better afterwards even though it's probably not good for it. I'm sure a chiropractor would recommend some muscle strengthening exercises.

I do it all the time and it's still attached so it can't be that bad.
