Getting plenty of exercise. Eating healthy foods and keeping junk, fast and factory prepared foods to a minimum. Do not smoke cigarrettes or weed or use any other drug, (yes alchohol is a drug.) Most importantly of all: Listen To What Your Body Says to You. If you eat something and it does not sit well with you stay away from it. It you do something that makes your body ache, either cut back on it or modify how you do it. Just listen to yourself. You will be fine.

Eating well, getting the nutrition your body needs. Taking a supplement if needed. Getting enough exercise, and rest.
Do not take any drugs unless absolutely needed, even over the counter medications have many side effects. Check out this site for lots of ideas.

and do sports

thats my philosophy on staying healthy, no need to eat salads everyday and be in the gym for 2 hours.
