The word demographic includes everything abt the person like
Age,sex,height,weight,income and family details.
I think both means the same

Demographics tell about people's statistics , of those described living in a certain area and the same thing about individual we call them as personal- attributes, stats, vitals details, bio-data, etc. I haven’t checked the dictionary. But that is what I think.

Demographic is not a word for a person, but for a big group of persons. Maybe one is "Characteristic"
