I just started grad school and have to read for hours and hours every day. I don't like sitting at the table while reading. I went to a school for children with back pains, and we used to read and write in classes while laying on the stomach, with a "triangle" underneath the chest so that chest and shoulders were elevated and we could write . Have any one heard of any devices that will allow me to read while laying down and yet be back pain-conscious? What's the most ergonomic way to read for long periods of time? Thanks!!!

I've been drinking Bragg (2 tblspoons) with water 2 times a day for about 2 weeks........and I have noticed i feel better, though I hate cringe with the taste. I just wanted to hear anyone's personal stories if they have had any great benefits from it.....and is it a bad thing after time......I worry about the acid from it over time. But like I said...I do feel better.

... . ..who can tell me whether or not they can get a prescription to obtain an over-the-counter medicine? The one I'm thinking of now costs me triple what it did when my insurance paid part and I only paid 'co-pay'.
My reason for asking is the prelude to my own attempt to get a prescription - I figure if Medicare or Medicaid helps the poor get needed medication - which they should - then maybe my insurance carrier should continue to pay their part for the stuff I need even though it has been removed from the prescription list.
You need not be on Welfare to answer if you know the answer. Thanks.

My eye has recently been twitching. It is my right eye, on the lower lid towards the right corner.

Why is this?
Someone said to me that it means something goods going to happen?!
Someone also said to me its because of stress?

All your answers are appreciated, apart from the stupid ones.

I suffer from IBS and I am at work at the moment and I don't usually have lunch due to the pain I have due to eating and gurgling from my stomach.

However I'm working extra today so I popped out and got a cheese and onion pasty from the bakers and now i'm crippled in pain.

I have no pain killers on me and I feel faint, any tips?

Ok. Since I was little I've had ear infections (who hasn't, right). I remember after getting over the infections I'd stick things in my ear. It started with pencils...dull not sharp. Well after a few times hitting my ear drum (very painful) I stopped. But I went to rolling up paper towel, tissue and toilet paper and sticking it in my ear. And the feeling is almost better than sex. I still do this from time to time. It's like I'm addicted to the feeling. It's been going on since I was little until now. (I'm 26) I'm still doing it. I don't feel any threat. I can still hear. But why can't I stop? Even talking about playing in my ear makes me want to do it. I've never seen anyone with the same quirk as me. But do you think it's ok? They say you shouldn't stick anything in your ear smaller than an elbow but the feeling is wonderful. Any thoughts?
