apple cider vinegar?

has anyone ever try apple cider vinegar to lose weight if so does it really work. and where can i buy apple cider vinegar. can it be bought at walmart?

The kind to buy for health benefits has to have Mother in it...you can find these kinds at health food stores. Hain & Bragg are some brands with Mother.

Any sweet fruit juice can be made into vinegar. They just add the "mother of vinegar" bacteria from their previous batch. Then they just have to filter it and dilute it to commercial strength. It is a great way for them to use up old apple cider.

Is there now a fad of thinking that drinking cider vinegar has a health benefit? Wow that is a marketing triumph. Vinegar is just acetic acid and there is not much difference among the vinegars no matter which leftover juice what was recycled to make it.

Is the next one the uric acid diet? That one uses the proven health benefits of drinking cow piss (which is in abundant supply) to help you lose weight. One full glass of that before a meal and your appetite is seriously diminished.

a co-worker of mine use it as a detox she states that a cap full in some water rids all imperites true i don't know but she never gets sick and we work in the healthcare field and she said it craves her appetite true don't know but i did take a sip and it taste pretty good so if you did decide to do it the taste is pleasant but on a lighter note i do know grape fruit or lemon juice does work for some try wal-mart, foodlion, any supermarket

I have never used it for weight loss. Yes it can be purchased at Wal-Mart, it's very inexpensive.
