have a glass to settle the acids
if not drink a LOT of water to dilute the fats from the pasty, and try and keep your legs up
can you not get out to boots?
silly billy for having such fatty foods and no pills!

I get the very same thing, a cheese & onion pasty was completely the wrong thing to have, as I'm sure you now know!
Peppermint is good, even sucking a mint might help. I personally wouldn't keep my legs up, it makes it worse for me, try drinking water as suggested, and then perhaps try to walk around a bit. Everyone is different so its difficult, hoe it get better!

wrong thing to eat chikadee i know the feeling try to stick with low fat somewhat bland food when in public. it really sucks but that is the only thing that i have found that sometimes works. as far as for the gut renching pain you are in don't know of anything except maybe imodium ad anti gas good luck sweetie hope it gets better

The best thing I find are peppermint oil tablets or peppermint tea. Failing that, try having some boiled water, but obviously wait till its cool enough to drink!

Hey ya sweete I no what your going through,I suffer from it as well. What I usally do is have a cup with Warm water and sugar and drink it,it really helps me! Hope it helps you!

No milk! IBS doesnt like milk. If you really dont have anything then drink lots of water but not iced
