Yes, I think that is ideal, if you can take long lunches, or if even your main meal is not enough to slow you down too much in the afternoon. Then you have a light supper fairly late in the evening, and a good nourishing breakfast in the morning. Hopefully, all in the proportions appropriate to your body at this time: gain, lose, or stay the same.

I would say yes, I believe we should start of with breakfast being your main meal, then slightly less for lunch and a light dinner, try to avoid starchy/sweet foods in the evening especially! Our bodies struggle to deal with a large amount of food later on in the day (but it also depends on your lifestyle, if you are a night owl, go clubbing/dancing then you'll burn it off)

Thinking about it your body needs the most energy in the daytime , so it is better to have your main meal at noon , but most people are at work and don't have the time for it .

BREAK FAST SHOULD BE THE MAIN MEAL OF THE DAY, FOLLOWED BY THE LUNCH AND A LIGHT SUPPER. IT IS NOT HOW MUCH YOU EAT BUT THE CONTENT OF IT VERY IMPORTANT. A BALANCED DIET IS VERY ESSENTIAL FOR THE HEALTH, INCLUDING PROTEINS, MINERALS , CARBOHYDRATES ETC.

My diet consists of bfast @ 8,banana or water+apple or banana around 10, lunch 12 beans/egg on toast, sandwich or dinner around 3, usually dinner at 6/6.30, and cereal before bed. Walk daily. Breakfast is very important, if you skip it fat cells can store to substitute it,if you always miss it.

I don't think it matters at all for your overall health. It might matter for your performance during the day though. If you something immediately energetic, you might want carbohydrates.
