Diapers should be wrapped in small trash bags sealed and placed in the trash can. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly each time before and after changing. And purell hand sanitizer is great to keep from spreading germs.

Make sure all waste is covered and wash your hands immediately after handling. Empty trash and other waste every night and during the day as needed. Be sure to keep particularly dangerous waste, such as medical or sharp objects locked up or outdoors where even the most adventurous children cannot get access.

Discard in trash cans designated just for diapers or use Diaper Genies-then spray the trash can or Diaper Genie with Lysol. Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Be sure to place the trash can or Diaper Genie in an area like the bathroom. Empty the waste every evening. Then spray them again with Lysol.
