i checked my blood suger levels in the morning before i'v eaten on saturday and today (sunday) is that normal?
i ate spaghetti bolognese at around 8.30 lsh last night and went to bed at 12.30 ish. :)

I think I might have been on the computer too long or something. My neck CAN move to the right and back but it's like stopped with a wall of pain (lol- poetry in motion). I've put some cream on it and went to have a nap, I woke up like 3 hours later but it still hurts- any suggestions?

i have heard people say they only need 4 or 5 hours of sleep and i find it hard to beleive, i get around 7 hours and i feel tired with that .

I would like to walk or run, but after I fell about eight months ago, I have a knee condition in which it starts swelling if I overwork it. Any movement that requires me to constantly flex my leg for a long period of time will swell up my knee. I feel better now though, but you can be sure that if I exceed my knee capacity it will swell up again easily.

I stil don't have a diagnosis but not because I haven't tried to get an MRI but due to bad healthcare administration in my health plan.

can anyone tell me if they have had a operation on there back. i suffer with degenarated disc with an impinged nerve dont no wether to go for operation or try physio. the pain is unberable right now and no amount of tablets is taking it away. please can any one give me information on the operation as doctor said i can decide which to go for. please help.

im only like 12 im a cheer leader at RMS && i REALLY REALLY want my belly button pierced but my mom said i can't untill im 13 or 14.....i dont know why though...so im going to pirce my belly button soon && i just need o know if this sounds rite

1. make sure you get a needle and sterilize it and put it in alcohol and peroxide on it before inserting it into your skin.

2. while pushing it through be sure to wit it once in a hile so that it goes thorugh more easily. somtimes it will hurt but it is worth it.

3. 0nce it is pierced be sure to get "ear are" cleaning solution or any other type of piercing solution to clean out your belly button and keep it from from infection.

4. after getting it pierced do not "play" with your belly button ring because this could lead to infection.

5. twist the ring from time to time but not constantly, maybe once a day!

6. get it when your young so you can have it for a long long time!:)

My 11 month old is in the Hospital and she has kept a high fever for 4 days now. All the test they have run have come out good and show nothing. We r waiting on one more test. No meds will bring her fever down and the only thing they have mentioned is that her ELECTROLIGHTS are a little high. Thanks

its my 4th day with it and i have a bit of swelling around my piercing is this normal or should i look for professional advice ?
im cleaning it with antibacterial soap and sometimes salt water
the swelling started after i slept on it by mistake is there maybe a risk of infection ?

I know there are a few questions similar but its better to ask with my own issues to get a more specific answer.

I had my nose pierced 2 weeks ago and yesterday I got what I assume is an infection. I've been treating it no differently, maybe being a little bit more precautious, using Dr. Pierce (the anti bacterial stuff from my piercer) on the inside and outside of my nose along with some Polysporin.
There was a small yellow-y bubble just under the stud that I was able to wipe away (pretty sure it was pus) a few hours later but the hole is still red and swollen and there is still a bit of pus hanging around.

Also now when I apply the dr pierce and especially the polysporin to the inside of my nose it causes a sharp sting, even moving the post stings a bit.

Should I just keep using the anti bacterial stuff and polysporin or try something else/see a doctor?

As some of you have read some of my questions you maybe somewhat aware of my circumstances.I have treatment resistant depression along with chronic H/A-the pain management specialist explains them as migraine-muscular tension, and fibromyalgia of the muscles of the head neck, and shoulders. I have been having fentyl 600mcg medicine that is absorbed inside the gum and inner cheek. I only have one doctor prescribing medication, have an agreement contract, the whole nine yards. Yesterday I had two lower jaw teeth extracted along with a bone graft. My oral surgeon suggested to continue with the fentyl medication 2 days after the surgery. Now my pain management has decided to only allow me to have hydrocodone 15mg. tabs 1 or 2 every 4-6 hrs.My tolerance to medication is high therefore my pain is not being controlled.Would you share with me your experience with chronic pain, the management, and the control that you receive.I feel that I will never get the pain controlled . HELP PLEASE

I am 45 and I'm noticibly shorter than I used to be. someone explained that the squishy stuff in your spine compresses as you get older and you get shorter. well, I'm not really happy about the idea and I'm trying to stretch more and I want to know what I can do to regain whatever I may have lost. pretty silly I know.

Out of no where my nose just started leaking blood like a focet. I plugged the nostril that was bleeding, bleed all the way through the toilet paper, and started bleeding out the other, so i plugged both and let it leak out until it stopped. Today while in the shower i came across a small growth on my side that resembles and sort of feels like a pimple. But i know it isnt one. It is a piece of my skin, and im concerned about what it is. I had my appendix out about 3 months ago. The doctors found a bag of infectous fluid around appendix and they said my appendix was adhered to something.

Ever since about a month after the op I have had recurring abdominal pains. They are crampy and are mainly in the lower left and right abdo. However it hurts to touch/push around the lower left/right/ middle of stomach around belly button and going up my left abdominal side.

My doctors said that the appendix was a symptom of something and the bag had to come from somewhere.

I have had blood in stool as well as yellow mucus.

Does anyone know what causes the bags?? Or know what my symptoms mean??
