I had ice on it for a couple hours last night, and today, it's not going down and it shows so bad! is there anything else I can do?!

Good news is It is better for the lump to be OUTSIDE then inward. To deal with the lump use a cold compress for 10 mins then half hour later do the samething again. Could be ICE or Frozen Veggies. Do not sleep all the way through the night. It is best if you are with someone to ask you questions..... NO NOT ON ANSWERS hehe Like your name address stuff like that, if you can not answer the simple questions then it is best to seek medical advice ASAP *OR* IF you should start to feel dizzy or sick to your tummy you should go to the hospital right away. Ice should make the swelling go down.
