all of a sudden my right ear got all hot and red. left ear is normal? help.

It means you have a bad person not liking you. If your ears burn, it's left for love, right for spite.
If you believe in that stuff.

it could mean you have infection or it could mean you were outside where it was hot and maybe one side got red. i have two sons that dothat when they are outside especially when they were little.
