In order to get good sleep, you need to understand how the body works. A huge number of people do not get enough sleep each night for many reasons. Excluding any external environmental issues, like dogs barking, partner being restless, snoring, etc., you need to have your body in good shape. Deficiencies of minerals and vitamins due to bad diet, etc. can greatly affect the body's ability to relax. You need to eliminate all caffeine from your diet as well.

It is very important to have your circadian rhythm adjusted to allow your body to know it needs to sleep during a certain period. There are products on the market now that can do this. It takes about 10 days of taking the herbs to make this adjustment. Additionally, your Pineal Gland in your brain is responsible for producing the hormones that cause you to get a good night's rest. In order for the Pineal Gland to secrete these hormones, you must be in as dark a place as you can get with no light coming in the room. The gland is severely affected by light and turns off the hormone production in the presence of light.

Melatonin is produced by the body when all the above situations are good. You can buy melatonin in stores, but if it is in pill form, it is basically junk and can damage your DNA. Most of it comes from synthetic sources like pine cellulose and we know that synthetic sources do not have the same cell resonance as human cells and cause the DNA damage, as well as do not work very well.

I have found a great source for melatonin that really works and is made from once living sources, is pre-digested by a friendly bacteria process and matches the human cell resonance. It is in liquid form and you simply put 1 to 5 drops under the tongue and you are good to go. It goes into the blood stream in seconds and the sleep you get is quite incredible.

Melatonin and many other vitamins and minerals being sold today are in pill form. This is a ridiculous way of making nutrients available to people. To make the pills, they have to subject the nutrients to 20,000 p.s.i. pressure and heat to compress them and then put fillers, binders, and glues in to hold the nutrients together. Magnesium Stearate is used in all of them and mixed throughout the mixture. This is a trans fat that suppresses the immune system and inhibits the absorption of nutrients by up to 80% in many cases. They put about 5% of the total milligram content of the pill in to do the job. So 1,000 milligram pill will contain about 50 mg. of this garbage. Imagine how much trans fat you will get if you take several vitamins, or even a few drugs. Additionally, they use Talc to release the pills from the machines. This is a known carcinogen. When asked why they do this, the answer is always, "oh, we only put a little in each pill." But in actuality, that "little" they put in makes a huge difference in what it does to your body and there is no way to trace the actual affects unless you do the study specific to that pill. Ask yourself, "why hasn't any manufacturer allowed their product to be tested by examining the waste of an individual that is taking a particular product to determine the amount that was absorbed?" It's no wonder people who take the pill form of melatonin can develop headaches and side effects from that garbage.

It is important to get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep to allow your body to go into a REM sleep so your adrenal glands will get recharged. If you don't, you will be tired all day and feel the affects of exhausted adrenals.

The only place I know of that sells the products described above is at: www.healthline.cc (not .com). You can call them to order & they ship at: (310) 320 - 1123.

Order the following:

Tranquinol -- Take 2 of these 1 hour before bed each night. It takes about 10 days to reset the circadian rhythm with this.

Melatonin -- Take 1 to 5 drops under the tongue just before bed at night.

good luck to you

Valerian. It is an herb that naturally promotes sleep. Don't drink the tea, it's disgusting. Use the capsules. It has been used for the last 2000 years or so for sleep help.
