I am having them removed in a coupld of hours, and I am very nervous. This will be the first time I have an IV anthestic. When would be the best time to take the valium?

for the past 2 weeks plus i keep feel very sick
1.pain on my upper right and centre part of my tummy(like there is something there) not those very painful type but the very mild discomfort is there all the time
2.feeling sick to the stomach(nausea and cant really eat)
3. feel very bloated
4. feel very tired all the time
5.heartburn


im now taking all these medicine but still feel the same
1. magtasil antacid
2. famotidine 20mg
3. metoclopramide HCL 10mg
4. omeprazole 20mg

tues i just went to the hospital due to very terrible stomach pain on the whole tummy more on the lower tummy doc say it is due to taking unclean food and i was given 2 jabs 1 for pain and 1 for nausea. the pain went away after 2 days

anyone having the same problem pls help

I just felt that the side of my butt was beating like a heart, its so weird sometimes i feel it on my leg too, it feels like i have a heart on my butt for a few seconds and then it goes away. This happened to my friend my cousin and my sister? what is wrong ? why do we feel this sometimes?

The other day, my mother was talking to me on the phone...the doctor called on the other line. My mom talks very loud so you can pretty much hear the conversation. So apparently, the Dr. ask her if she drinks. She lied and said she only has$ one drink on the weekends. She lied, she drinks about 4 bottles of wine a day! Does anybody know if I can talk to her doctor...Does it violate hippa laws?

I am very concerned...She does have osteoporosis and I don't want it to progress faster because of her drinking.

What do you suggest

I just had some surgery done on Monday on my buttocks and the doctor prescribe a donut to sit on. I have not been to class. This Monday i would like to go back to class but i still have pain if i sit. Am thinking of taking the donut with me to class so i can sit. but am a little scare and a bit embarrass. what would you do in my situation?? Hi, i was reading a doctors note. I am planning to become a pharmacist, i am working on my tech degree soon. Anyways yesterday me and my brother were readign a doctors note i forgot what it said but it said names of medicine. this is a fake example im gonna give "hypoperoxide" my brother understood the first half "hypo" and the second half "peroxide" he was able to connect them together and understand it. like hypo or something means bleeding. I asked him where i can find that he said webmd.com but when i searched i couldnt find it. in other words can u tell me where i can find the defintions of those kind of words.???

I have had a re-occuring pain under my left shoulder blade. Random things trigger it. It has happened while sweeping, and other "light" work activities. I have lifted heavy objects and have it not happen. Lately, my entire shoulder has hurt every one in a while. And last week I went to bed and my shoulder blade hurt every time I inhaled. Any ideas? I get this clinching feeling in area opposite my heart and slightly lower. This pressure is acute and quick, it lasts for about 2 seconds and then the pressure moves to the side of my head, on the same side. Both feelings are very acute.It feels like it moves from my chest, up my neck and into my head and then gives me a slight headache for 4 seconds and then goes away. And then it will happen again and again. Then after maybe a couple minutes, it will go away for 4-8 hours or for 2 or 3 days. Please help. It really hurts.

i cut it on my pocket knife and its a clean cut, but its like 4 or 5 millimeters deep into my index fingertip. im going camping in about 2 days, and obviously it wont be healed by then but does anyone have any "remedies" that work for maybe making it less painful? or at least healing somewhat faster.

My mother was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 3 years ago and the only real treatments they have given her are Vicodin for her pain. I know that is not a good long term management but that is as far as they are going. She is always in pain even with the pain killers and I don't want Vicodin's long term side effects to damage her life or cut it short. Can you please help? Only serious answers please.

i am 16. i wake up at 5:30am go to school go to practice for 2hrs 4days a week and then i get home about 4pm and sleep until 7 or 8pm wake up take a shower eat dinner and go back to sleep until the next morning. even though i sleep all this much i am still really tired. and i get every other day sort of headaches. and i sleep about 70% of my weekend.
i had this happen last yr but i also had a sore throat and went to the dr. who said it was just allergies and that i am growing so i should be sleeping a lot.
should i be concerned or just continue with feeling tired all the time and sleeping all the time. i dont like to sleep all the time b/c i am missing out on fun and stuff. but when you are as tired as this.... sleeping is all you can do. thanks

I have all the signs of the flu (ear ache, going hot and cold) but I have a sore tummy, getting diahorra (no idea how to spell that eek) and not wanting any food at all. I took some stomach tablets today and managed to eat some food but I want to try and figure out whats wrong with me now (and before my job interview on monday!)
