I have seen cases where this condition is so bad a person required help to walk or ambulate by themselves. When treated were able to walk out of the office with no assistance. This is what a doctor of Chiropractor is capable of achieving. May be the best advice one can get.

You have low blood pressure...it means the heart is pumping slower and you are not getting the the right amount of oxygen and nutrition you need to function properly.....have a doctor check you and give you some help.....

I would not mess around.. your head/body is telling you something serious.. and why are you walking around like this all week? Please see a DOCTOR!
..it may be something simple(like low iron) or something serious(your blood pressure).
..and if it's money your worried about spending, remember a doctors fee is a lot cheaper then waiting and having to go to a hospital ..or a funeral.

Go to a doctor.
It could be a sinus infection or something else that is affecting your inner ear.
It could also be something more serious.
Regardless, a week is too long and you need medical evaluation/attention.
