Do I have a pinched nerve?

I have had a re-occuring pain under my left shoulder blade. Random things trigger it. It has happened while sweeping, and other "light" work activities. I have lifted heavy objects and have it not happen. Lately, my entire shoulder has hurt every one in a while. And last week I went to bed and my shoulder blade hurt every time I inhaled. Any ideas? Thanks.

It's possible that this could be nerve related but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
