ever since going for a jog I feel ill?

I have all the signs of the flu (ear ache, going hot and cold) but I have a sore tummy, getting diahorra (no idea how to spell that eek) and not wanting any food at all. I took some stomach tablets today and managed to eat some food but I want to try and figure out whats wrong with me now (and before my job interview on monday!)

Yes, it could still be possibly the flu but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be causing this.
