For the last six months or so I have been experiencing horrible leg cramps and knee pain. Some days are much worse than the others. Has anyone else experienced this?

My husband is in the military and he's leaving me for 8 months in August. We have 3 small children. I recently started a new job. For the last couple of months I've been having frequent panic attacks. I stay up later than I ever used to at night because my brain won't "shut off". I'm worrying, thinking, planning, praying... I have a hard time doing my work and even day to day things because I'm so focused on the things I'm worried about. I've thought of going to the doctor, but worry she'll prescribe me anti-depressants or something. I don't know if that's what I need? I really SHOULD be anxious and scared.. but I do hate how it's taken over me so much.

i have trouble getting up. i sleep around 12ish and get up around 7. im at work and i feel tired, sometimes dozing off. i think its the work that is tedious but sometimes it doesn't matter and im wide awake. for the most part im tired/sleepy. once i leave work and go home i am not as tired/sleepy. if im up and moving im not as sleepy but once i sit down to talk or eat i get sleepy. i was told it might be my thyroid? im 25, and have a busy schedule. 8.30-6.30 work and i give tennis lessons on thursday/friday 7-8pm and sat-sun 9-12...nyc is a busy place so i have many students to deal with. im not sleepy for the most part playing tennis. i also bike occasionally in central park. im pretty sure other peoples schedules are more tight than mine but dont know if im the one that cant handle it. any suggestions? thank you in advance.

When I woke up this morning, I got up and walked towards the bathroom. I noticed my body kept trying to lean right, and when i try to walk left, my left movement is limited. This is really weird.. could it because of yesterday's burning of fireworks, the inhale of smoke?

Ok, so in my upper thigh I am getting really terrible leg cramps. It started last night when I was driving home from the fire works and I couldn't move my leg. It has been coming back off and on since then. I get plenty of exercise, and my job requires standing all day. Should I wait it out till tomorrow or go see my doctor? Do you know what could be causing this? It really hurts.

I asked this question about 6 months ago and wanted to ask again to get a new set of people's take on this.

I am 20 years old and consider myself healthy. However, I have noticed a trend (most of my life) that is bothering me. Every time I eat even mildly greasy foods (Chicken Parmesan, pizza, chicken fried steak, hamburgers etc), I frequently throw up or get diarrhea afterwards. In my history, its been more throwing up than diarrhea.

I don't overindulge on the food either, but instead eat modern portions. I don't think this is normal to not be able to tolerate these foods (friends at same meal don't seem to complain). Is this a condition or is it best to just avoid these foods? THis is very difficult when this can happen at dinner parties, out to eat with friends, etc.

Thanks in advance.

the work of Meditation is supposed to be spiritual. but 21st century man needs to get rid from Work place Stress, and Fatigue which sucks his/her energy and leaves no time for love or meditation. Learn the art of meditation without going to costly spas , learn and do at home... be your own master. do at your own place in privacy without disturbance.

I recently had back surgery to repair a ruptured disk in my upper back. My current bed is very old and worn, and I believe that it is contributing to the back pain that awakens me when I try to sleep in my bed. I don't have much money for a new bed - what can I do to find some relief?
