One Problem is u only get 7 hours of sleep. If you have to go to work at 8:30 sleep another hour or so. Anjother thing is You Do stuff 24 7. You need some time to relax. Thursdays and fridays must be really hard.

Do you feel that you are waking frequently at night? Do you feel you get a good nights rest? If you have a partner, have they mentioned you snore? There could be many things however, some of the symptoms you have described above are similar to those with sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is very common and can be fixed. I have provided you with two links that you may be able to do more research. I suffer from sleep apnea. I am not obese nor overweight. I consider myself to be active as well. Sleep apnea is a sleeping disorder that can be treated before other health issues occur related to decreased oxygenation. Sure, you can have lab work drawn regarding your thyroid as well as other markers to see if anything is deficient. But, consider scheduling a sleep study. Sleep studies are painless and noninvasive. It may lead you to your problem.

Could it be your diet? You say you after you sit down to talk or to eat you get tired/sleepy, it is normal to get sleepy after eating, as all the blood goes down away from your head in order to help digest your food. thus making you less alert. However I really think you should consult a Doctor, for a check up, also write all your problems down on a piece of paper, then hand him the paper, this way you won't forget to ask him any question! Also more exercise, IE, take the stairs instead of the elevator! They say energy begets energy. Also, consult a good nutritionist, to identify the foods that could be the trigger, for your symptoms. You're burning the candle at both ends. Get more sleep.
Try getting to bed by 10:30, or taking a 30 min. break at 2 pm for a nap.

did u recently get ur hemoglobin levels checked? what are your eating habits like? yes, get ur thyroid also checked. if both are normal, how do you find your job? May be it is not as satisfying as the tennis lessons you give.. Why dont you try sleeping in a bit earlier?Anyway, consult your physician. Take care

Your schedule is too hectic and you work too much. Have more time for yourself and try pampering yourself like getting a good body massage or something. If things don't get better soon, maybe you should see a doctor and hopefully he can help. I hope you feel better. Take care!!

It's normal with your busy schedule. Take catnaps if possible. Even if you can close your eyes for 15 minutes or so. I usually have a cup of coffee for alittle wake up.

When you consistently don't get enough sleep, you build up a sleep deficit. It has to be repaid eventually. Your body needs more rest. Take care of yourself...you don't want to fall asleep while driving.
