yes...they work on the same receptor triggering the same the same response. There are slight differences...but those are insignificant details.
Vicodin is known to be a bit more potent. But everyone is different and darvocet may work better for someone than vicodin.
But for the majority, Vicodin is more efficacious.

Vicodin is a little stronger and they both work about the same. They're both pain relievers and should be taken only when necessary. They can be habit forming.

They are both pain killers, but vicodins are stronger.
