I have the same thing. And it's not a good omen. It's the sound of calcium deterioration. Don't panic. It's not the end of the world, especially if you're under 40 or 50. But it's a wakeup call. This is what I have been told by not only others with the same symptoms but physicians as well. They could all be pulling my tail ... and it wouldn't be the first time either.

If you are prone to osteoperosis, such as myself, there are many ways to reverse the onset of osteoperosis if you choose to do so. (This sounds an awful lot like one of those sucky commercials on TV, doesn't it ... sorry ... I'll fix that).

If you care about your health (which I don't do for myself), watch carefully what you eat, drink and smoke. Stay fit and active (that much I do -- but it's my job -- I'm such a hypocrite:))
Eat the foods that help to build and maintain calcium. Once you get into your 40's and 50's it's that much harder to do, if at all. Don't go over the board because then you'll die of something else ... likely worry (aka cancer).
