I asked this question about 6 months ago and wanted to ask again to get a new set of people's take on this.

I am 20 years old and consider myself healthy. However, I have noticed a trend (most of my life) that is bothering me. Every time I eat even mildly greasy foods (Chicken Parmesan, pizza, chicken fried steak, hamburgers etc), I frequently throw up or get diarrhea afterwards. In my history, its been more throwing up than diarrhea.

I don't overindulge on the food either, but instead eat modern portions. I don't think this is normal to not be able to tolerate these foods (friends at same meal don't seem to complain). Is this a condition or is it best to just avoid these foods? THis is very difficult when this can happen at dinner parties, out to eat with friends, etc.

Thanks in advance.

If you do not eat greasy food as a regular part of you everyday diet, you will show signs of your body not being able to digest it. Maybe you should have told us what your regular diet consists of. Low fat, no fat, low cal? I can tell you from personal experience, and from following a low fat diet, that if I do eat burgers or pizza or anything fatty and greasy, that I do not feel well afterwards. Not to the point of vomiting but sometimes diarrhea. If this does not apply, go see a doctor.

Fatty foods (grease is fat) are difficult to digest for some people. Seek medical advice on some digestive enzymes or other supplements to help you digest the fats better.

Homeopathy also has good solutions to such problems.
