I WOULD BECAUSE I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY SHOULDERS,WHAT I FOUND OUT IS THAT I NO LONGER HAVE ANY CARTILAGE IN MY SHOULDERS.SO IF I WHERE YOU I WOULD GO THE THE DOCTORS AND GET A X-RAY DONE TO SEE IF THERE IS STILL CARTILAGE IS THAT PART OF YOUR JOINT. IF THERE IS NOT THEY COULD GIVE YOU OPTIONS LIKE GIT TING A SHOT OF FAKE CARTILAGE IN THAT SPOT THAT WORKS FOR AWHILE THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO GET MORE THROUGH YOUR LIFE,ANOTHER OPTION IS SURGERY TO PUT IN A PART THAT IS JUST LIKE THE CARTILAGE,OR SOME OTHER OPTIONS I ONLY KNOW OF TWO CHOICES

Yes, you have spurs on your spinal vertebrae and these are rubbing from your movement. You may have one or more discs that are damaged and allowing the vertebrae spurs to hit when you move.
See your doctor before it gets to bad, he'll send you to an orthopedic surgeon and they'll take MRI's and see what's going on in there.
More then likely if there isn't to much damage he'll just trim these spurs off and give you therapy, if not, then he'll remove the discs and fuse the damaged area.
