Sure. Every time I catch myself repeating the habit, I note it on a piece of paper. Once I realize just how often I'm really doing "whatever" I feel a little silly. By continuing the practice of marking down my habit over a week or two or three, I will notice a dramatic drop in the intensity and frequency the old habit reappears.

Didn't succeed yet and I am half way there. Cutting out foods that are bad for the body. There's many foods in the stores that are full with artificial ingredients, chemicals that are dangerous for human consumption. That artificial butter flavor they used made the workers that worked with that chemical have lung damage that cannot be corrected. They live with a oxygen tank and can barely walk without losing breath. They are trying to go on the waiting list for a lung transplant. Serious. Artificial sweetener's that do cause health problems. Too many trans fat foods. I really am doing the best I can to go organic and natural. To how I can afford it. Beef, pork, dairy products have to many hormones and other drugs in them because the farmers inject these in the animals. Gross isn't it. Shampoo's, skin care that we use everyday (also toothpaste) that have the ingredients propylene glycol in with SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) that is a cause of cancer. Deodorants and Anti Perspirants that contain Aluminum and the other two ingredients mentioned is extreme dangerous to the body. I learned all this by doing my own research on it by buying Natural Cures Books and going on-line reading what these Holistic Doctors are saying about the products we use everyday and the damage it does to our body over time. That's why America has the highest rate of cancer in the world. That is why it's important to take time out and learn these things too. You will be amaze how the "government" knows about all this dangerous ingredients (FDA, FTC) in our products and still O.K.'s it. You know what they say, "Follow the money." Another honest saying is "It's all about the money." So true in this corrupt world we live in. Money takes the important place of a human life. As that scripture says, "People will be lover's of money than lover's of God." How true! So, when going to the store remember the #1 rule I learned, read the ingredients, "if you can't pronounce it, don't buy it." Oh another point to make; if you see in the ingredients the word "spices" and there is no list of what spices; its a camouflage for hiding dangerous chemicals. May Jehovah God bless our body for we are innocent to the hidden truth of the government. In Jesus name, Amen and Amen.

Yes. I used to smoke 2 packs a day. I quite cold turkey one day. The first 2 weeks were the hardest ever. I have not had a cigarette since July 1996. I still get cravings for them once in a while, but never give in.

Haven't smoked in over two weeks now. Was trying to give up or even cut down for years but the cravings always got the better of me. For some reason this time i haven't got any cravings at all so i'm finding it real easy to give up.

Yes, I was able to quit smoking since 2002. I used to smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day! I did it with my own determination and will.

yes, i used to be addicted to amphetamines, used to do lots of ecstasy and used to love LSD.

I don't do any illegal drugs anymore and haven't for about 5 years. Alcohol is still a problem though.
