I get very bad hunger pains first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. I can't even face food that early and I don't actually feel like I want to eat.

I eat regulary throught the day so why do I have agonising hunger pains first thing? Can the docter help?

If the pain is sharp then yes it definitely could be gas pains as suggested by the previous poster but I would recommend checking with your dr to have this evaluated further to see what they think is going on.

Few causes possible:

1. Hunger pains -Your last meal of the day was too early--5, 6pm and you
wake up too late--9,10a.m the next morning?. The interval
of about 15 hrs between meals is too great. Suggest a
later time for dinner and early arising? Try for
a week and observe any more discomfort.

2. Stomache aches can be due to gastric condition,
appendicitis, gall-stones which have grown too big,
flatulence, food poisoning and other causes. All these
need quick medical attention. While u are actioning on
(1) above, see a doctor immediately if u feel it is
actually a stomache pain that persists even after you
have your meal.

Wish u pain-free and good health but do be fast in
taking action before complications arise.

Possibly altering your dining habits might help. Do not eat after something like 7pm in the evening. try to have something at breakfast,if only toast or a cereal. Don't snack too much, have a decent lunch and then your evening meal. This way most of the digestive actions are over before you go to bed .The pains in the morning are probably the result of what you ate before going to bed ,rather than actual hunger. If it is a gas/wind problem I find Rennie's deflatine is the best solution(in the UK)

The starvation unquestionably hurts on the initiating yet with time you get used to it. you eventually settle for starvation as area of wanting and desirous to be narrow. maximum anorexics can't undergo to sense finished. So the sensation of starvation is comforting for them. it is the way it replaced into for me while i replaced into anorexic (then elderly 15) I wont rant yet anorexia almost killed me so i with the aid of no skill inspire you to be anorexic. while you're eating regularly occurring food habitual yet you opt for for to guard starvation then drink a glass of water.
