And i still am! this is how it happened, i woke up today at around 4 am i was all fine i felt perfect then i went to the bathroom to pee and right after that i started getting these deadly cramps! they hurt sooo much that i almost cried! it hurt to sit lie down or even walk i've had them over 14 minutes now! they got slightly better because i took pain killers but they still hurt! what is going on with me my period is still faaar away!

it hurts in the exact place when someone gets a period where the uterus is and it goes all the way across from between my legs and lower back

Based on your symptoms it sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection going on but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr. If you can't get in to see them you could try one of those walk in clinics such as those that are showing up in some of the big drugstore chains to have them evaluate this situation to see what they think is going on.

If your pain is this bad ? you haven't given many details of where it hurts, what kind of pain etc.
There could be a lot of "it could be's" but if it's as bad a s you say then go see your doctor or the ER and fast.
It could be...ruptured appendix.
An ulcer.
An over active intestine.
The flu I could go on and on.

Could be gas.. I have IBS and get terrible pain in my lower abdomen. It's hard to tell cramps apart sometimes. Or your period is being weird. I don't know anyone whose period is exactly the same time every month.

why don't u try to visit a doctor it's more good than asking here. I think it's a serious matter so go to doctor as soon as possible.

you got ulcer!... stop taking pain killers it will make it worse... your stomach is acidic... go see a doctor
