It's muscular, not skeletal. I already iced it. I can barely bend. I don't have any muscle relaxers. Would drinking rum help? Oh, man, I don't have anything to use as a mixer. I am home alone. Should I alternate heat with cold?
Mostly I'm asking if the rum would help loosen my back up.

I moved to another city and searched for jobs in January and February. Finally I got a stockroom job at a shoe store, and it's similar to my previous occupation because I'm walking around the jobsite, climbing a ladder to put stuff up. Additionally I have a 23 minute drive to the jobsite.

The very bottom of right foot aches the most, then the metatarsals started aching when I woke up this morning, and ever since the first day the front part of my thighs ache like crazy because I am using those muscles to climb up ladders for 4 hours.

I like the responses I read from Yahoo Answers and I will do the following for my feet: Elevation, rest, and warm/cold water baths with (epsom?) salt.

But what can I do to heal my thighs? Hot water packs? Cold water packs? Or regular aspirin?

I think part of the reason why this happened is because it's been a while since I've done anything physical.

Thanks!

Okay, so last summer I had surgery on my leg, and now every once in a while since then I have had days where my leg hurts or is sore, and I took the Oxycodone tablets to help stop the pain, and it worked. Now I am running low on them, and I will need to get some more, since I have these days of pain "twinges" in my legs.

Will this work to get more?

I always seem to feel tired, (to the point were I could fall asleep in seconds if I closed my eyes) right after dinner. It's no particular food that does it, just anafternoon meal usually. Also I get this need to sleep when I'm doing something such as putting on makeup or sitting on the bus. Anyone else have anything like this. Th doctor is baffled x

I tried taking it out using water, but it ended up moving to a non-visible part of my eye, maybe near the back? Should I see a doctor? I'm extremely worried I might slowly lose my vision with my hair still there.

PLEASE HELP BECAUSE IM REALLY UPSET AT THE MOMENT BECUASE WELL YOU CAN SEE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECOVER AND ALL THOSE DATES ARE MINIMUM :-(

Every night before I go to sleep I lay on my stomach with my head to the side. I've been wondering is it healthy because I sometimes have to "rotate" my head because my neck is tense. I also sleep with a tough pillow-it's heavy and I've had it ever since I was a toddler. I'm turning 14 on April 6.

I've recently discovered just how awesome Goody's powder is and as a result bought some in bulk. I don't like the idea of trying it before I try regular pills when I have a headache because I'm afraid I'll build up an tolerance to it. From what I've looked up online, it doesn't seem like a biggie to use Goody's as long as you don't take it every single day, but I'd like to get some input from other people who use it on a regular basis. Thanks for any help!

I've been to the doctor, but I'm looking for other opinion before I go back.
It all began this past Thursday when I just felt worn out. Friday it got worse so I spent the majority of the day in bed. As the day progress a sore throat began to materialize which was preventing me from sleeping it was so sore. Felt what I imagine swallowing shards of glass would be like. Went to the pharmacy to some Ibuprofen which helped me through the night. I decided to go to the doctor saturday morning. He took a quick look at me and gave me a script for penecilin. My throat is no any better after taking the penecilin for a full day and I've now got white/yellowish patches and a few little red nodes all over the back of my throat.

What ever this is I think that it is working its way up my eustacian tubes an into my ears. Can anyone confirm if this is just a bad case of strep, or something. And what can I do for the pain. I'm already on Tylenol, Advil, Penecilin, pills for sleep
