my knees are always sore what can i do?

What kind of knee pain is it, Lisa? May I ask how old you are? Knee pain can be caused by a number of things. Are you an athlete? RICE is always a good option for any accute injury...Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. If you're having chronic pain, that will be a whole other ball game. Only a doctor can give you a diagnosis, but you can learn a lot on your own from the internet other knee pain sufferers! :)

Aleve is really good for an over the counter pill but you cannot take them for long stretches at a time. Go see a doctor and find out what is causing the aches in your knees.

are you carrying a few extra pounds? just by losing a few pounds will help. Do you know if you have arthritis in your knees? the right shoes make a big difference as well.

take a towel, soak it and put it in the micro wave for 3 mins, wrap it in a dry towel and wrap it around your knees .Hope you feel better.

If you are doing the oral thing maybe you should give it a break for awhile. Also knee pads work. :)
