Every night before I go to sleep I lay on my stomach with my head to the side. I've been wondering is it healthy because I sometimes have to "rotate" my head because my neck is tense. I also sleep with a tough pillow-it's heavy and I've had it ever since I was a toddler. I'm turning 14 on April 6.

Bad for your back and neck, sometimes you might even have dreams that you're suffocating because of lack of oxygen. Its really bad to sleep on your stomach if you're pregnant and its also a SIDS risk.

It's funny you say that because I have been doing the same thing for years, the reason i do this is due to acid reflux, it seems to sooth my stomach, yet as far as it being a healthy way to sleep, from experience its a pain in the neck, literally!!
