i havent for 4 hours now. i feel like a tard cuz i shot an airsoft gun (empty) into my ear. its got a sort of ringing noise and it feels like im wearing earbuds on the ear. anyway, how long duz this usually last? im kinda hoping its not permanent

I have one on the roof of my mouth in the very back against a tooth and cant really see it to put Abesol on it or anything. I was told to gargle salt water. Will that really help? This thing is killing me! Makes it hard to eat anything. Any suggestions? Thanks.

About 3 days ago I woke up with jaw pain. It hurts on my left said in the area right by my ear lobe and where my upper left wisdom teeth was (I got all four taken out in May of 2006). It only hurts when I chew on my right side, when I chomp hard, and I get throbbing pain throughout the day. I've been taken aleve and it helps but it has yet to go away fully. My mom said it might be a ear infection or TMJ, not sure. I'm going to my dentist in about 2 weeks for a cleaning, should I ask him about it? Thanks!!

I've tried almost every sleeping pill out there (with the exception of Lunestra, which I intend to try soon) - 150 mg of benadryl won't do me any good, and ambien just made me hallucinate. I've been to a doctor for it, but it's not getting any better. It takes me upwards of 3 hours to fall asleep a night, and I can't stay asleep all night, unless I'm really exhausted. It's getting to be a huge problem. What else can I try?

About a month ago, my husband went to the E.R. because while he was at work (he's a mechanic), a tiny piece of metal went into his eye. Unfortunately we don't have health insurance, so we knew we were gonna get a bill in the mail. Well, while he was at the hospital, they took a look at his eye, put a little solution in it, and told him that they didn't have the proper tools to remove the metal so they set him up an appointment at another hospital with a doctor who could remove the metal for the next morning. The next day he went, they removed the metal, and he paid right then (a little over $200). Well, we received a bill in from the FIRST hospital because he did go to the ER and it was for $571!! Then another bill from that same FIRST hospital for $435! When I called they said one bill was hospital fees, the other was doctor fees. This seems outrageous because they didn't even do anything for him! I can understand a fee, but this high?? What do you think?
