I just took a super hot shower about 30 mins ago and my face is really hot and my neck is really hot and i think i have a temp of 112 and i coughed a couple times what should i so i have the choice to a. Go to the docotor B, go to school C. Skip school and stay home

How hot a shower are we talking? If it's a very hot shower (temp of, say, 135 or so) then it could just be your body taking a long time to cool down. I know when I've taken a really hot shower, then it could take me 30 minutes or so to just feel normal again. Coughing a couple of times probably has nothing to do with the shower.
On the other hand, if your temp doesn't go down, and you start coughing violently or uncontrollably, definitely go to the doctor. Unless you put something in your shower water, then the shower itself won't have had anything to do with your lungs or throat, but you could have something else completely unrelated.
Running a 102 fever is usually a sign of something bad or viral (the last time I ran 102, I had a stomach virus) and it is flu season. Wait a while, and if you still aren't feeling better, stay home. If you don't get better soon, see a doctor.

The same things happen to me when i shower. When i get to hot my face turns just like that and lots of hot water can dry out your skin if you do it to much. I would suggest putting on lots of moisturizer and turning down the water temp.

Do 'anulom-vilom' pranayam and go to school. If the problem still persists then consult a doctor. In any case continue with pranayam for a permanent relief.
