I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it gets worse over days.
I would be more worried about a sharp pain WHILE you're doing leg presses.
Remember the point of exercise is to stress the body beyond what it is already doing.

pinched nerve. Ketoprofen aka Aleve really helps. You need to reduce the inflamation then the pain will go away. But remember the area is a bit traumatized so it will be sore.
