I am not totally sure, but I think I might have fractured the smaller top joint of my right ring finger... It hurts really bad and is swollen. Is there anything a doctor can do versus putting a splint on it and calling it a good day, because I can do that. Or is there other reasons I should go get it checked out...

I have had Bell's Paulsy 3 times. At ages 8, 16 and 24. I am worried that it reoccurs every 8 years considering that has been my history. Have you ever had it? And has every nerve or facial function returned normal? Because evry time I have had it, when it heals, something is left behind. Nothing is symetrical anymore. Any advice?

ok like last friday i was running at the bus stop and i fell and i couldnt walk on my left leg 4 almost 10mins but i can walk on it know but not 4 along time and i get a sharp stabbing pain i 2 cuts and a bruise

I've always had very small veins and whenever I have to have blood work done, the nurses have trouble. I went in this morning, they tried twice. I went home drank about 5 glasses of water, went back, they tried twice more but with no results. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this easier? Thank you in advance.

A few weeks ago, my pinky finger turned black and blue. It swelled up and was painful, not at the bottom or the tip, but the bone right under the nail. I have little swelling and no more black and blue, but it is crooked/bent? Is it broken? Should I apply ice, tape it?

I do not have health insurnace until March, so I have to rule out a doc at this time.

If you have a mildly broken middle-toe on your foot, is it ok to just put a splint on it and let it heal? I stubbed my toe on a door and its very bruised and feels slightly broken. I am just curious if its ok to just splint it and forget it...lol, write back!!

The sternum I guess is the breast-bone. Well, you know how you can crack your knuckles and toes and back? My sternum can do that, now. It happens when I try to stretch or crack my back. It's really weird and I'm not used to it. Will I be all right? Is it normal?
