i broke one wrist 2 years ago and it healed cruked,recently i believe i fractured the other wirst n im in alot of pain from time to time.im a bmx rider and my wirst are begining to concern me but i dont know where im able to go n fix them.

An orthopedic doctor in your area. Go soon. The longer you wait the worse it will get. They may have to re-break your other wrist. They had to do that for me since mine healed badly. They will have to do something, it's really not good to not do anything about it, it will just keep getting worse. I still have pain from my thumb when i didn't do anything about it. Good luck.

Go to an orthopedic doctor, if you need a referral because of your insurance then go see your family doctor first and get them to refer you.
BTW- they make some very inexpensive wrist braces to wear at night that may help with the pain until you see a doctor.

find you a bone specialist he/she r really the only ones thats going to be able to help but,i dont really believe they r going to do much because they r ready set but until u go to the doctor get you some wrist braces to stabilize your wrist
