i go to school now and i used to sleep in til 9am now i have to get up at 6am. I go to bed between 10-1030 every night but now it seems i keep waking up every couple of hours. this causes me to loose lots of sleep and be very tired and unproductive in the day. Is there a way to stop this? Sleeping pills are NOT an option, they dont work on me and herbal ones make me more tired when i wake up. Ive tried moving the clock so i cant see it but it seems i wake up fully, roll over and go back to bed. HELP im so tired
