What is good to take over the counter for sinus relief? My ears keep getting plugged and my Dr. says it is from sinus pressure.

Lemsip sinus relief or beconase nasal spray.

Pharmacists are actually good at helping with over the counter questions and they can normally point you in the right direction for one that helps with all of your symptoms.

I'm surprised you doctor wasn't much help.

Mucinex, if it doesn't have a decongestant add one, like sudafed. You might also want to try Claratin.......hint, if you find the generic sudafed liquid tabs that are for gentle or moisurizing relief they are the same as mucinex and a lot cheaper.
