yes indeed, sun exposure can cause hives. Sometimes sun sensitivity is related to medication, sometimes it is hereditary and sometimes it's just too much.

Yes for some people it does.It also depends on how long you are in the sun.Do you use sunscreen??If you do use sunscreen it can be that.
