Sounds like a bladder infection that has worked its way up to your kidneys. See a doctor today, this is serious. You could lose a kidney if you don't get treatment, apart from all the toxins building up in your body as they don't get filtered out of your bloodstream by impaired kidneys.

Sounds like a kidney or bladder infection to me. Go to the doctor asap - this will not go away on its own. In the mean time, drink cranberry juice to flush out the kidneys and bladder.

Taking a stab in the dark...I'd say you have the symptoms of a urinary tract infection...or you could be passing kidney stones (a kidney stone passing can be extremely uncomfortable or painful). I'd say you should consult with your doctor as these are treatable conditions...if in fact they are what you have.

There are many things it could be including:

Urinary tract infection, scoliosis, slipped disk, STD.

Go see a doctor and find out for sure what it is.

This is a sure sign you need to go to the doctor. I would advise strongly against taking medical advice from who-knows-who on Yahoo! Answers and go talk to somebody you know is a medical doctor. No offense, but take care of your body, don't trust it to cyber-wanna-be-docs!

It could be your kidneys! Go to your doctor, they usually do an ultra sound, which is completely painless to see if there is something wrong in your kidneys.
