General Health Care - September 2006

I've been jogging double what I used to the last 2 weeks or so & today I woke up w/ 2nd toe tender, and when I tried to jog, I couldn't for more than 5 min.

Did I injure it & it showed up next day? It's obviously not broken or anything; but anyone else had this?

one time i used all the air i had in my lungs to blow one of those water-floating ballons, and when i was finished; my hands were so numb i could barely move them, my lips were curling up like an old lady and they felt really numb and throbbing hard, and i felt like i was going to pass out...i guess the lack of oxygen?
well; anyways- yesterday i went to the movies and it was really full and i went through exactly the same feelings...why? i was breathing normal but i felt like i had no oxygen, and now that i remember- that's happened before; i just never cared for it.
anxiety attack maybe?

Oh my gosh, I was testing theory that you can't/shouldn't stifle a sneeze....and my eye POPPED out of my head, it hurts a little, stinging mostly, my mom is going to come over in 30 minutes and I don't want her to freak out like she always does.........I am afraid she'll take me back to the institution again....I am so tired of weaving baskets.

Tried to clean the stove, and by the time I picked up the grill it was so hot that I my hand was numb and then the pain tore through my fingers. I've got white blisters all over. It feels good when I dip the fingers in a glass of cold water. Is there an easier way to quickly heal or atleast soothe this aching pain? Thank You

I have had a cold- just a sore throat and a runny/stuff nose. My throat feels as though there is a sore on the right side so when I swallow or eat anything salty or acidic it burns. Well my nose is better but now I am coughing up mucus and some of it has specs of blood. Also when i do have to blow my nose it seems to be in that also. I dont have med. insurance so going to the doctor is almost out of the question.
