Oh my gosh, I was testing theory that you can't/shouldn't stifle a sneeze....and my eye POPPED out of my head, it hurts a little, stinging mostly, my mom is going to come over in 30 minutes and I don't want her to freak out like she always does.........I am afraid she'll take me back to the institution again....I am so tired of weaving baskets.
How do I put my eye back in my head??

Make a donut bandage to support the eye & wrap a stretchy bandage around your head to hold it in place. Get your mum to take you to the hospital.
I have seen this happen to a dog but it was both eyes!

OMG, you should try using the way you wear a pair of contact lenses. Open both eyelids, and push your eye back in. Do not touch the pupil of your eyes, or the iris, though. It happened to me, too so I know how to handle it.

Have your Mom take you to an ER or an Ophthalmologist immediately. It does not need to dry out. They will take care of it. But you don't have a choice...you do not want to lose your vision in that eye.
