I usually take my vitamins before I go to bed. There are a lot of vitamins that will upset your stomach if you take them on an empty stomach. Also avoid taking a hand full of supplements all at once. This will make you very sick especially if you get overheated and move around a lot!
I do like to take my vitamin b and iron with breakfast because they give me energy.

I wouldn't take vit. C or the B vits before bed. They can keep you awake and alert. I take my calcium and vit E after I have digested my last meal of the day. You also have to watch which vitamins you take together. I can't remember the whole list. I do know that Iron will inhibit the absorbtion of vit E and some others. Best of Luck.

As long at the vitamins are in their pure state. Don't take a "diet" vitamin at night that may contain types of caffeine such as gingko biloba, green tea extract and/or psuedo or natural ephedrines.

take vitamins with meals. i have taken with the evening meal and that is fine...don't take before bed or on an empty stomach ever.

depends on the vitamin.i also take mine before i go to bed. just don't take a diet vitamin before going to bed.

I have always taken multivitamins at bed time with milk for as long as I can remember. Never done any harm as far as I can tell.
