Average Heart Rate?
Heart rates differ even in adults. Ideal would be a heart rate of 75 per minute. However, athletes and vergetarians tend to have even lower heart rates, may be as low as 55 beats per minute. Children tend to have higher heart rates.

If the heart rate is high, the heart may become overworked. A fresh, organic, vegetarian diet can lower the heart rate.

It is a great method to check on one's overall health by taking the Dinshah Ratio. This is the ratio of heart and lung: the heart beat (pulse) is counted for a minute after the person has relaxed, then the breath is counted, in and out is one.

The two numbers are divided, heart rate number by breath number. This should always be 5, as the ingenious Dinshah has stated after having researched it.

A Dinshah Ratio of 6 or 4 is quite good, of 7,8 or 3 needs means to improve life energy; a Ratio of 2 or 9,10 is an urgent case. No more toxins should be applied in any form. A Ratio of 1 or 12 means that this person is dying. However, people with ratios of 2 and 12 have survived instant life energy improving means, e.g. with Dinshah Color MedicineTM.

If you are a healthy adult that exercises or works out, than you can have a heart rate of about 55 to 65. If you are not healthy and have problems, you can go anywhere from 75 to 90. As for me, I do not get a lot of exercise, but I am not too lazy and my rate is about 65.
