over the summer some family and friends used our spanish apartment in our absence.last night a saw a huge cockroach.
I bought a new insect spray today and have sprayed the room where I saw the beast.what else can I do ?
I feel the whole place is flithy !!!!

The pain Management Centre have exhausted all options so need to find a cure of my own. At the moment heat helps and cold hurts me. A hot water bottle on my back helps but is causing severe marking which my consultant has said will cause more problems later. PLEASE HELP.

My cousin was assulted in her home in march this year, surgeons inserted a rod and screws and part of her right hip bone but it's such a mess and fallen apart and they say they can't do any more, other surgeons say it's the original surgeons duty of care to fix her, in other words they are too scared to fix someone else's mess incase something goes wrong i suppose.Poor girl is at risk of loosing her job and her home, and she is in terrible pain. I have emailed about 10 surgeons around australia,, if they dont; reply what else can we do to help her?

For the past week or so, I have been experiencing a bit more back pain than usual, but mostly, a grabbing pain in my right kidney. Now I have had kidney stones twice in my life and usually back pain is an indicator, but the difference is that, this time, I have had a grabbing pain in my right kidney that's off and on, but seems to be getting increasingly worse, so I tend to doubt that it's stones. I was dying my hair tonight, and it burned at first, but then it was ok. I thought it was just the inital dye hitting the scalp. I washed it out after 30 min and blow dryed my hair. I have chronic pain, in my lower back and leg, from getting hit by a car, while walking in a crosswalk. I had the wedding planned before than my brother, Mom, then Dad died, in less than six months. I was going to start planning the wedding for next summer, but got hit, and I am in chronic pain and can't work and very thrifty, and have some great ideas, but can't think clearly, at this time, until I have this surgery, that my car insurance will not approve at this time, and could take a year or more to approve. Would you marry now, to get the surgery done(as my Fiancee has great insurance and doesn't need any Approvals to see a specialist) and then get married that summer after the surgery so my son (10) gives me away. Also, can you hide it or is it against the law not to say you are married? Opinions is needed! Thanks!

"left knee of a friend around left side of kneecap just below looks swolen, a bit black and blue, no pain, but as the person walks, she says it feels a bit spongy. No health insurance due to lack of funds. The same knee had had a dislocated knee cap which was operated on some 15 years ago. She says no pain.

i was drinking shots of grey goose and all of a sudden, my chest felt like it was compressing and I could NOT breath. I had to suck deep in air before I finally got my breath back. i had never had grey goose before that night. do u think certain liquors can trigger my asthma?
