they can be very hard to get rid of we had them inanother house and it was a loosing battle because of my animals. If you have animals do a flea dig and most vets give out a pill that you give the animal that kills then right then and there it is called star. It won't keep them away but it helps to start to get rid of them. Bomb your home really good but becarful not to use to many and them wash everything like your clothes and bedding, curtains. I then just to make sure got a flea spray and sprayed the windows and doors and along the wall. It is hard to work it did work for us. Good luck

If you have fleas, then you could have fleas in your house. Every time you get rid of the fleas, a new batch moves in. Fleas lay eggs, so you can kill the adults, but you have to kill the new crop when they hatch. I would set off a few Ant, roach, and flea bombs in the house when you are at work and wash you hair. You may want to try a flea shampoo from the pet store, If you do, it might have a negative effect on any color you may have used on your hair. After 8 days, I would set off another flea bomb in the house to get rid of the newly hatched.

I never heard of anyone having fleas in their hair.

If you are a female, shave all your body hair except for your head, and then get flea shampoo and clean yourself up. And last but not least. . .the saying goes, "if you lay with a dog, you're bound to get fleas".

You need to also get the fleas out from your house, so get some flea powder for the house. You can also (if you have carpeting) place saucers filled with water on the floor around the house. The fleas will jump in for the water and drown. This will let you know if they have infested your house. Good luck. .

BLESS YOUR HEART! YOU MUST BE READY FOR THE FUNNY FARM! YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS! I FIND IT TO BE STRANGE THAT THE FLEAS HAVE INFESTED YOUR HAIR. I'VE BEEN THROUGH FLEAS AND MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU. WHEN THE CRITTERS HAVE A CHOICE BETWEEN YOU AND AN ANIMAL, THEY WILL CHOOSE THE ANIMAL.(OTHER THAN MAYBE SOME ANKLE AND FOOT BITES) NOW, IF THE PETS ARE GONE THEN YOU REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM! THIS MAY SOUND KOOKY, BUT I WONDER IF HUMANS CAN TAKE THE FLEA PILL? I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THE LICE SHAMPOO. IF IT KILLS LICE MAYBE IT WILL KILL FLEAS! ALL JOKES ASIDE, THIS REALLY DOES SOUND LIKE A MEDICAL MATTER AND I WOULD DEFINITELY GET A SECOND OPINION!!(HECK, THEY MIGHT BE DISEASE CARRIERS!) I WOULD ALSO ASK GOD WHAT TO DO NEXT AND IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THE ANSWER WILL COME. GOOD LUCK SWEET-HEART!

I never had to deal with this problem, so this is just my best guess. Cut your hair short, then rinse with something strong such as white vinegar, being VERY careful not to get any into your eyes. Then take a shower and use a dandruff shampoo. Lather, rinse, repeat. Use soap all over every inch of your body, then rinse thoroughly.

Now, you have to avoid re-infecting yourself, so all your towels, combs, hairbrushes, clothing, bedding, have to be absolutely clean. Strip your bed and vacuum the mattress and the floor around and under your bed and every carpet in the house.

Hope that helps. Good luck.

make sure you wash all bedding , pillows, blankets etc.. and stuffed animals or other things that cant be washed put in sealed plastic bags for at least 10 days to kill any eggs. also try bug bombing your place. make sure you vaccum everything before you bomb! including under beds, couches and funiture. Also if you have any pets such as brids, mice, rabbits, dogs, cats they can get fleas too!

You better go see another doctor, because that definitely sounds like head lice. Try using RID, that's a shampoo for head lice.

First and foremost please apply dog flea power to get rid the fleas.

Secondly take three teaspoons of olive oil and heat it up the lukewarm stage. Add quarter teaspoon of camphor. Massage this mixture in your hair and leave it for three hourse. Then wash your hair. Please do this consequitively for three days.
